How do I log into my customer portal?

Access your Kin customer portal anytime to view your policy, make payments, file claims, and more.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Go to Kin.com
  2. Click Log In in the upper right corner
  3. Enter your email address (the one associated with your policy)
  4. Enter your password
  5. Click Log In
  6. Select how you'd like to receive your One-Time Password (OTP):
    • Text message to your phone on file
    • Email to your email address
  7. Click Send Code
  8. Check your phone or email for the 6-digit code
  9. Enter the code in the portal
  10. Click Verify
  11. You'll be brought to your portal home page
